Part of the Golden Grove School Curriculum is to ensure that children are regularly taken to the library for various activities including investigations and research.

If you do not already have one, please get an Auckland City Libraries Card for your child and have them bring it to school regularly, so that they have access to the amazing resources the libraries have to offer.

For families living outside the Auckland City region, we have a letter which will allow children attending a school within the region to obtain a card, just ask Helena for one.

Just a reminder for families to please bring in drink bottles of water for their children to drink during the day, or otherwise bring in a mug or glass to keep in the kitchen so children can help themselves to water during the day.

If you have hot already done so, please bring in all school forms, including medical, enrolment forms and trip consent forms so that we have all the necessary information concerning the children. If you are missing a form, it can be found in the information box outside of the main school entrance. If the form you require is not there please see Helena. Thank you!

We are collecting glass bottles for a school art project. If you have any large glass bottles like those for olive oil or wine, rather than putting them out for recycling this week, please bring them into the school for the children to use.
